- Partnered with owner to create a functional layout during conceptual design
- Selected all hard surfaces within budget (cabinets, fireplace inserts, appliances, etc.)
- Prepared and submitted bids to contractor/project manager for purchasing
- Maintained regular contact with project manager during build process
- Monitored installation progress and ensured smooth execution
